1200 Clock Hours
The Master Esthetics program at Paul Mitchell The School Salt Lake City is one of the most comprehensive skin care programs in Utah. You'll study skin anatomy, facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, lash and brow services, and advanced spa techniques. With 1200 clock hours of hands-on training, you'll graduate ready to work in medical spas, luxury day spas, dermatology offices, or launch your own esthetics business.

Basic esthetics (600 hours) covers foundational skin care services. Master esthetics (1200 hours) includes advanced techniques like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser prep, and medical spa services — opening more career doors.

The Master Esthetics program requires 1200 clock hours, typically completed in about 12 months full-time.

Licensed Master Estheticians can work in medical spas, dermatology clinics, luxury day spas, resorts, film and TV, and more — or open their own business.

Yes. Federal financial aid, scholarships, and payment plans are available to qualifying students.
