MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Beauty with a purpose.
THE THIRST PROJECT
Clean water changes everything.
Paul Mitchell The School Salt Lake City is proud to partner with the Thirst Project — the world's largest youth water activism organization. Together, we're working to provide clean, safe drinking water to communities in need around the globe.
Our Future Professionals lead annual fundraising campaigns, organize awareness events, and contribute directly to building wells in underserved communities. Since our partnership began, students at PMTS SLC have raised thousands of dollars — proving that beauty education and social impact go hand in hand.
- Annual Thirst Project fundraising campaigns

OUR COMMUNITY COMMITMENT
MORE WAYS WE GIVE BACK
Because beauty is about more than what's on the outside.
Community Service Days
Multiple times a year, our students and staff step outside the classroom to serve the greater Salt Lake City community. From neighborhood clean-ups to free beauty services for shelters and community centers, we believe in showing up for the people around us.
Local Partnerships
We collaborate with local nonprofits, shelters, and community organizations throughout the Holladay and Salt Lake City area. Our partnerships bring professional beauty services to those who need them most — reinforcing our belief that everyone deserves to feel confident and cared for.
Student-Led Initiatives
Our Future Professionals don't just learn beauty — they lead change. Student clubs and committees organize their own charitable projects, from donation drives to awareness campaigns, building leadership skills while making a real difference in their communities.
